WARRANTY

Bathtubs, wall tile and fiberglass fixtureres are warranted for a period of FIVE YEARS against peeling of the coating, or general failure of adhesion, subject to the following conditions.

1. Wet objects such as bathmats, washclothes or soap bars are not to be left continually on the surface.
2. Do not store water in your fixture for long periods of time.
3. Repair leaking or dripping taps promptly.

Damage caused by impact of sharp objects or mistreatment is specifically excluded.
Silicone and or caulk are not warranted.
Bathroom sinks, counter tops, shower floors, bases and chip repairs carry a ONE YEAR warranty, subject to the above conditions.
Rental properties are covered by a ONE YEAR warranty only.
In event of a failure, as covered by this warranty, Simply Baths will redo or repair the fixture or tile at our option at no charge to you.
Warranty is Non-Transferrable.
